Entigence has provided BI and data warehousing services for several ERP product suites including: PeopleSoft Finance, PeopleSoft HR, PeopleSoft Campus Solution, PeopleSoft CRM, Banner Student, KPMG’s proprietary accounting, HR and other budget product suites widely used by the public sector. In our BI and data warehousing engagements, we have provided turnkey solutions with making the business case for these initiatives, setting strategies for implementation, providing services for full life-cycle support from requirements to testing, and rollout support services. Since 2010, we have provided our clients product support services for our engagements which are now in maintenance mode. Our team in India provides oversight and troubleshoots processes that occur in the middle of the US’s nighttime. By the time our client teams come to work, our team in India ensures that the BI environment is refreshed and available to support mission-critical and data-driven decision making.
Our experience with large-scale enterprise products such as the PeopleSoft suite positions us to provide production support for the ERP applications as well. Entigence has recently embarked on expanding our team with resources who have over 10 years of experience with these ERP applications, specifically PeopleSoft. With the expansion of our team, our goal is to enter the systems integration domain for large-scale ERP initiatives as well as to provide production support for these initiatives.
